MIKE CROSS

Born in Gallup, New Mexico, MIKE CROSS received his first guitar at the age of 10. Soon he was writing and arranging his original compositions.

MIKE felt most influenced by artists of the '60s, like Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles and Albert King.

MIKE'S love for music eventually led him on the road touring the hotel circuit until he settled in Corpus Christi for 10 Years.

During that time he worked with several local bands, opening for name acts such as Gary Morris, Lee Greenwood, Billy Joe Royal, Donnie and Marie Osmond, Mel McDaniel, The Forrester Sisters and Steve Wariner.

The move to Austin came in '90. Since that time, MIKE has done numerous recording sessions as a bassist and vocalist.

Among these credits are Monte Warden, Rusty Wier, Tommy Elskes and the Apaches of Paris.
